Tomas Humberto Villa Muñoz, a 22-year-old resident of Chicago, Illinois, was fatally shot and found dead on February 26, 2023. The incident occurred in the Douglas Park neighborhood, where Villa was discovered around 2:15 a.m. between two vehicles on the 2700 block of West 18th Street.
