On November 25, 2023, the body of 31-year-old Jamere Donte' Bew was discovered in a ditch near U.S. 136 and 1025 East Road, a rural area between McLean and Heyworth in McLean County, Illinois. The McLean County coroner's office determined that Bew died from multiple gunshot wounds. Toxicology results are pending.

The investigation into Bew's death led to the arrest of two Bloomington men, Justin G. Kletz, 26, and Derek P. Siebring, 18. Both were charged with multiple counts, including f ...
