On May 25, 2015, Richard Napper, aged 23, was killed in Philadelphia in a tragic incident that occurred shortly after midnight. The Philadelphia Police Department responded to a shooting outside of a bar located on the 1700 block of Luzerne Street. When officers arrived, they found Richard Napper suffering from gunshot wounds to his neck and chest. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead later that morning.
