On December 8, 2023, Ismael "Milo" Yanez, Jr., a 42-year-old man, was fatally shot while driving in the Archer Heights neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. near the intersection of West 45th Street and South Pulaski Road. According to police reports, Yanez was driving his car when he was struck by a bullet in the head. He was subsequently taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
