Death by Force

On February 28, 2024, a shooting incident occurred in Danville, Illinois, resulting in the death of Leequale E. Key, a 30-year-old man from Bourbonnais, Illinois. The Danville Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at an address in the 800 block of South Street at approximately 7:30 p.m..

Upon arrival, officers found Key suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a Danville hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased due to his injuries.
