Cedric Michael Eugene Halthon, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2019, in Danville, Illinois. Cedric was born on May 2, 1985, and was a resident of Danville at the time of his death. He was a 2003 graduate of Danville High School and was well-known in his community.
