Dontius M. Wilson, a 23-year-old resident of Chicago, Illinois, was fatally shot on April 10, 2024, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred in the 600-block of West 69th Street at approximately 1 a.m. Wilson was a passenger in a rideshare vehicle when shots were fired from a dark-colored sedan. He was wounded several times and transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
