Jonalberto Guadalupe Sanchez, a 24-year-old resident of Rantoul, Illinois, was pronounced dead on April 14, 2024, at 6:21 PM at the Carle Foundation Hospital Emergency Room in Urbana, Illinois. He succumbed to a gunshot wound to the chest sustained in a shooting incident near the intersection of 3200 North and 1800 East in Ludlow Township, Illinois.
