On December 7, 2013, Agustin Osorio-Pacheco, age 41, was shot and killed during an attempted robbery in Tampa, Florida. He and a friend were celebrating a birthday in the parking lot of their hotel when they were approached by armed suspects who demanded their belongings. In an attempt to flee, Osorio-Pacheco was shot and tragically lost his life while trying to escape the scene. Despite investigations, the case remains unsolved, and authorities continue to seek information from the public to bring justice to the victim's family.
