Adrian Collins, a 60-year-old man, was one of the four victims in a tragic shooting incident that occurred on a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Blue Line train. The incident took place early Monday morning, September 2, 2024, as the train arrived at the Forest Park terminal.

Collins, along with the other victims, was found shot on the train. He suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Despite being taken to Loyola Hospital, Collins succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
