Michael T. Caulfield, a 22-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on September 30, 1982, in Forest Park, Illinois. Officer Caulfield was shot and killed inside the Forest Park police station at 517 Desplaines Avenue. The incident occurred while he and his training officer were processing a prisoner.
