Levell Andrew Douglas, a 37-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was found dead on September 14, 2024, in Madison, Illinois. The Madison Police Department responded to a report of a body found in the alley in the 1600 block of 5th Street at approximately 8:52 AM. Upon arrival, officers discovered Levell Douglas, who had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
