Death by Force

Kenneth C. Deal, a 43-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 19, 2014, in Madison, Illinois. The incident occurred around 1:53 PM when police officers on routine patrol in the area of 3rd Street and Washington Avenue heard gunshots. Upon arriving at the scene, they found Kenneth Deal lying in the roadway with gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
