Luis Alberto Flores, 35, was fatally shot on September 29, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. near Goose Island, in the 1500 block of North Magnolia. According to reports, Flores was standing on the sidewalk when someone fired shots, striking him in the right side of the chest.
