On February 19, 2023, a deadly shooting occurred in Jonesboro, Georgia, resulting in the death of 34-year-old Aisha Reed. The incident took place shortly before 10:30 p.m. at a home on the 8300 block of Kendrick Road in Clayton County.
According to the Clayton County Police Department, Reed was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside a vehicle. She was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition but unfortunately did not survive her injuries.
