On February 21, 2023, Richard Antoine, a 47-year-old man, was fatally shot in South Fulton, Georgia. The incident occurred around 10 a.m. on Mallory Road, near Flat Shoals Road, while Antoine was in his work vehicle. He was working as an HVAC technician at the time of the shooting.
