On a Sunday evening in Atlanta, the life of Quinta Tutman, a 23-year-old Black/African American man from East Point, Georgia, was cut short by gunfire. The incident, which also claimed the life of 23-year-old Dantavious Guthrie, unfolded on May 7, 2023, in the Grove Park neighborhood.
