Jordan Timothy Ashley, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 22, 2012, in southwest Atlanta. Ashley was walking home from work around midnight when he became the victim of what authorities described as a seemingly random armed robbery. He had just gotten off a bus and was making his way to his residence in the Reunion Place subdivision on Danforth Road when he was fatally shot.
