In the summer of 2016, the life of a young Black/African American man, Reginald Edwards, was cut short in Atlanta, Georgia. On the last day of July, the body of Edwards, who was reported to be between 26 and 30 years old, was discovered in an apartment on Fairfield Place. He had been shot multiple times.
