Jamie Parch

Jamie Parchman, age 30, was shot while standing outside of an apartment building at 2210 East Lake Avenue in Tampa, Florida, on August 24, 2014. The incident occurred around midnight, and Parchman succumbed to his injuries days later at Tampa General Hospital.
