On January 27, 2011, Powers Beau Schenecker, a 13-year-old boy from Tampa, Florida, was tragically killed along with his 16-year-old sister, Calyx Schenecker. The siblings were found dead in their family home, with Beau's body discovered in an SUV in the garage and Calyx's body in her bedroom. Both had been shot in the head with a .38-caliber revolver.
