Stephen Gray Blizzard, a 65-year-old resident of Hampton, Georgia, was one of the victims of a mass shooting that occurred on July 15, 2023, in the Dogwood Lakes neighborhood of Hampton.
Blizzard was shot and killed, along with three other neighbors: Scott Leavitt, 67, and his wife Shirley Leavitt, 66, and Ronald Jeffers, 66. The suspect in the shooting was identified as Andre Longmore, a 41-year-old former Army sergeant who lived in the same neighborhood.
