Juanya Holliman, a 15-year-old resident of Augusta, Georgia, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2023, due to a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday in the back parking lot of Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church, located at 710 East Cedar Street. Juanya was shot in the upper body and was immediately transported to Augusta University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 9:49 p.m..
