Malcolm Baker, aged 29, was shot and killed on November 14, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida. His body was discovered in the Springfield neighborhood, a historically significant but economically struggling part of the city. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has struggled to find leads in this case, and his family has consistently pleaded for public assistance to find justice.
