Quinton Jermaine Blocker, a 31-year-old resident of Liberty County and formerly of Darien, Georgia, died on October 14, 2023, due to gun violence. The incident occurred at the intersection of Briar Bay and Barrington Ferry roads in Riceboro, Georgia. According to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of shots being fired at the pavilion near the intersection around 4 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Blocker suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, and he succumbed t ...Read More
