On October 27, 2023, 48-year-old white male Philip Anthony Mock was tragically killed in a double homicide on the Truman Parkway in Savannah, Georgia. At approximately 12:20 a.m., Savannah Police officers responded to reports of a man lying in the roadway between Henry and Wheaton Streets.
