In the heart of Atlanta, a life full of promise was tragically cut short. John Goodwin, a 27-year-old male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound on the evening of December 30, 2023, at the Southwood Vista apartments on Southwood Boulevard. When Atlanta police responded to the scene around 10 p.m., they discovered Goodwin, who was pronounced dead at the location.
