Terrance Goggins, a 24-year-old, was tragically killed on January 19, 2015, in Tampa, Florida. The shooting took place around 9:00 p.m. in the vicinity of East 29th Avenue and North 29th Street. Goggins was found lying near a pavilion, having been fatally shot. Despite the investigation by Tampa Police and appeals to the community, the case remains unsolved, with limited leads available to the authorities.
