Reginald Folks, a 35-year-old Lyft driver, was fatally shot on May 15, 2024, in Union City, Georgia. The incident occurred early Wednesday morning when Folks was giving a ride to Koby Minor, a former Atlanta Police Department officer who was on administrative leave at the time.
