In the spring of 2014, the life of a young man, 28-year-old Sohil Padania, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Union City, Georgia. On the afternoon of April 28th, while working as a clerk at Yasmin's on 29, a convenience store located in the 6700 block of Georgia 29, Padania was fatally shot. The incident, which police believe was a robbery, happened shortly after 5 p.m.
