In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Cusseta, Georgia, the life of Royal Stephens Westbrooks, a 41-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On May 19, 2024, at approximately 2:54 a.m., law enforcement from the Chattahoochee County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 100 block of McNaughton Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, first responders discovered Westbrooks at the scene, having succumbed to his injuries.
