In the quiet, early morning hours of October 12, 2024, in Douglasville, Georgia, a tragedy unfolded that would cut short two young lives. Nineteen-year-old Roberto Deleon, a Hispanic male, was found in a car alongside 17-year-old Beatriz Vega, both having sustained critical gunshot wounds. The pair were discovered in the front seats of a vehicle stopped in the middle of the 3200 block of West Stewart Mill Road.
