In the early morning hours of a quiet Saturday in Fort Valley, Georgia, the life of 67-year-old Quinton Owens was tragically cut short. On October 26, 2024, at approximately 2:20 a.m., police were dispatched to a residence on Pecan Avenue following a report of a possible intruder being shot. Upon their arrival, they discovered a distressing scene: a woman, identified as 55-year-old Shawn Evans, was found crying on her front lawn near a firearm.
