In the Kingman Park neighborhood of Northeast Washington, D.C., on the night of November 12, 2023, a violent encounter left two men shot inside a residence on F Street. The incident, which occurred at approximately 10:06 p.m., prompted a swift response from Fifth District officers of the Metropolitan Police Department. Upon their arrival at the 1500 block of F Street, they discovered the grim scene.
