Death by Force

On the evening of August 28, 2024, 31-year-old Kwesi Miller, a man of no fixed address, was found unconscious and not breathing by Metropolitan Police Department officers. The officers were responding to a report of a shooting in the 5000 block of H Street, Southeast in Washington, D.C., at approximately 6:58 p.m. Miller was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
