Kenneth Felton, aged 23, was shot and killed on October 20, 2015, outside his apartment on Linda Drive in Jacksonville, Florida. He was murdered shortly after returning home from work and going back out to his car. His mother, Keasha Jennings, remains committed to finding justice, frequently keeping in contact with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
