On May 15, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred in Fort Pierce, Florida, resulting in the death of 51-year-old Emmanuel Preston Knight. The incident took place late Monday morning in the 600 block of South 12th Street, near Delaware Avenue, and between Easter Avenue and Florida Avenue.
