Quincy Eugene Ratcliff, a 28-year-old African American male from Fort Pierce, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2018. Quincy, known affectionately as "Q" by his family and friends, was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce. He was a dedicated father to his three children and enjoyed painting cars.
