On April 1, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in Fort Pierce, Florida, resulting in the death of 27-year-old Faustin Isaiah Egalis. The incident took place at around 8:28 p.m. in the 1200 block of North 16th Street.
When Fort Pierce Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Faustin Egalis alone in his vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite attempts by police to render aid, Egalis was pronounced dead at the scene by the St. Lucie County Fire District.
