On April 20, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in unincorporated St. Petersburg, Florida, resulting in the deaths of two teenagers. The victims were identified as 14-year-old Sayuri Jade Ruiz from New Port Richey and 17-year-old Hector Phieffer from Seminole.

The events unfolded at a residence located at 2685 Grove Park Avenue North, where Phieffer was staying to watch the dog of the homeowner, 26-year-old Derek Pobuta, who was out of town. Phieffer had invited Ruiz and another female, w ...
