On June 28, 2024, a tragic incident occurred at the Parklane Condominiums located at 334 48th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida. Police were called to the residence for a welfare check shortly before 2:30 p.m., where they discovered the bodies of two individuals, a man and a woman, inside one of the units.
