Death by Force

On June 28, 2024, 38-year-old Dominique Reese was fatally shot in an incident that occurred near the Hogan’s Creek area in Jacksonville, Florida. Police were called to the scene on Kings Road, near North Davis Street, just before midnight, where they found Reese in her car with a gunshot wound. It was determined that Reese had been shot at a different location and had stopped at the scene to seek help. Despite being taken to a local hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
