Tjhisha Ball, an 18-year-old from Tampa, Florida, was found dead on September 18, 2014, along with her friend, Angelia Mangum, on the side of a road in North Jacksonville. Both young women were discovered bound with zip ties, "hog-tied" and without clothing, which led authorities to classify the incident as a double murder.
