On May 6, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred outside Scotch Bonnet Studio, located at 22 Vine Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The victim, identified as 37-year-old Baron Goulbourne of Bridgeport, was found by police on the ground and unresponsive.

The incident took place at approximately 11:10 PM on Saturday night. When police arrived at the scene, they found Goulbourne unconscious and pronounced him dead at the scene.
