On December 14, 2023, the life of Jennifer Nicole Jenkins-Green, a 52-year-old Black/African American woman, was tragically cut short in New Haven, Connecticut. Known to her loved ones as "Gail," she was a vibrant and cherished member of her community. Her death, caused by gun violence, was later determined by authorities to be a murder-suicide.
