Braden Robert Peltier, a 23-year-old soldier, tragically passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was identified by the El Paso County Coroner's Office following an autopsy.

The incident occurred early in the morning, around 3:45 a.m., when Peltier and another individual were found suffering from gunshot wounds on Palmer Park Boulevard. The police are handling the case as a homicide.
