Sancho Xavier Sierra, a 17-year-old resident of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away on April 3, 2023. He died due to apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident occurred during an overnight shooting on Pueblo's east side, specifically in the 1000 block of E. 11th St., just before midnight.
