In the early morning hours of November 1, 2025, the life of 21-year-old Eric Torres of Pueblo, Colorado, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded around 2:49 a.m. in a residential area on W. 13th Street, where police were alerted to 27 rounds being fired by a ShotSpotter notification. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds.
