On New Year's Day of 2024, Richard Armando Ybarra, a 43-year-old male, was fatally shot in Pueblo, Colorado. The incident took place in the afternoon, just after 1 p.m., outside of a business described as a 'fish gaming establishment' located in the 1200 block of Berwind Avenue on the city's east side.
