In the spring of 2024, the life of 43-year-old Sandra Cervantes was tragically cut short in Denver, Colorado. On the evening of March 17th, she and a man named Dustin Nunn, 38, were discovered deceased inside a residential room at a former DoubleTree hotel in the Central Park neighborhood. The hotel, located at 4040 North Quebec Street, had recently been converted into a transitional housing shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness.
